Gary Phillips, the principle, has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Information Technology. Gary has been an ACT! Certified Consultant & Premier Trainer for more than 8 years and has used ACT! for more than 12 years. He is also an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) for Dynamics CRM 4.0 (CRM = Customer Relationship Management). Gary is considered to be an expert in Contact Management and CRM software applications for automating the sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

Gary has the unique combination of the actual application experience as well as the information technology aspects of sales, marketing, and customer service processes. He has seen hundreds of businesses in action - how they are organized, the many challenges they face, and - more importantly, how they face those challenges. When presented with a challenge in your business, Gary will be able provide a new solution, optimize the existing processes or apply his expertise to recreate a solution that worked for another client in a similar situation.

Gary has more than 20 years of experience in professional sales, marketing, and customer service management in the software industry. He is an expert user from his hands on experience as a Vice President of Sales, Marketing Director, and Technical Support Engineer, and Trainer. He is one of the pioneers in CRM software applications. In the mid 1980's, Gary was the project manager for the development of a sales automation, marketing intelligence, and financial analysis software system for a Fortune 500 company. He has more than 20 years of diverse business experience and started Executive Automation LLC in 2002.

Gary also has many years of experience as an educator and trainer. He was an Assistant Professor at a well known Business School and Executive Education Director at a top 25 business school. His hobbies: baseball fanatic, music collector, and reader of numerous information technology books, magazines, web sites, etc.
